This March we are bringing a Bible Conference to the south-central Iowa area. If you have ever wanted to get a better grasp on theology and understand the doctrines in the Bible, then this event is for you! Hear from phenomenal speakers & teachers and be encouraged by the living Word of God. 

Meet the Speakers

Jared Wilson 

Assistant Professor of Pastoral Ministry & Author in Residence at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary;  Director of the Pastoral Training Center at Liberty Baptist Church
Jared Wilson is Assistant Professor of Pastoral Ministry and Author in Residence at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a pastor for preaching and Director of the Pastoral Training Center at Liberty Baptist Church in Liberty, Missouri. Jared is also the author of over 25 books, including Friendship with the Friend of Sinners and The Imperfect Disciple, and host of the For The Church Podcast and co-host of The Heart of Pastoring Podcast. He and Becky have been married for 29 years, and they have two daughters and one son-in-law. 

Tim Boettger

Lead Preaching and Evangelism Pastor at Nazareth Church; Executive Director of Inspired Life Ministries
Tim Boettger serves as the Lead Preaching and Evangelism Pastor at Nazareth Church in Cedar Falls, IA.  In addition to his role as Pastor, Tim is the Executive Director of Inspired Life Ministries, and provides radio preaching for the Christian Crusaders weekly radio and internet broadcast.  He and his wife, Kris, are proud parents to two children, Ike (an NFL lineman), and Adrienne (a teacher and foundation director at Cedar Ridge Christian School); and grandparents to Clayton and Kiley. Together they own and operate Barn Happy, a dairy barn turned store offering Iowa-based food, arts, and crafts. 

Ross Ferguson

Student Success Advisor & Co-Host on the "For the Church" Podcast at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary
Ross Ferguson serves as a Student Success Advisor and Co-Host on the "For the Church" Podcast at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served as a local church pastor in both UK and US contexts for over a decade, specifically focusing on church revitalization. He currently undertakes an itinerant speaking ministry in churches throughout Missouri and Kansas. He has been married to his wife Miriam for over 15 years, and they have three girls Leah, Eve, and Abbie. He also happens to be Scottish and still retains the accent!

Dr. Will Smallwood

Vice President for Advancement at Cedarville University
Dr. Will Smallwood is the Vice President for Advancement at Cedarville University where he directs the university's programs in resource development and alumni engagement. Before arriving at Cedarville, Dr. Smallwood served in similar roles at Louisiana Christian University, Oklahoma Baptist University, and Southern Seminary in Louisville, KY.  He has also spent time working in the private sector as a sales consultant for a Fortune 500 firm, and served as a bi-vocational pastor in Kentucky.

Dr. Smallwood earned his bachelor's degree in public relations from the University of Florida, holds an MBA from Louisiana State University, and completed his MDiv and PhD at Southern Seminary with a focus in the areas of biblical spirituality and American religious history.  In addition to his duties as Vice President for Advancement, he preaches frequently at churches in Oklahoma, Kentucky, Florida, and Ohio; and teaches courses in Cedarville University's Bible minor program.
