If you would like to rent Federated for an event, family reunion, birthday party, or otherwise, please fill out the form and return it to the church office. We'd love to help you host your event! 

This form will  allow you to request to reserve the church and  inform you what is included in the wedding package. Please return the form to the church office in order to begin the process of requesting a wedding date to be placed on the church calendar.
